About Eyebrow Waxing
Getting your eyebrows waxed isn't a scary experience. Each place doesn't do things exactly the same. But we'll walk you through the basics of what you should expect from your salon or spa visit and how to get your desired shape in place.
Our technician will never just start waxing at away at your brows without knowing what you want your brows to look like. Before we touch your brows, we will ask questions regarding what you would like. Sometimes explaining it isn't enough. If you have photos of brow shapes and thicknesses you like, bring them. This will give us a good visual if this is your first time.
Is Waxing the Best Option?
Above all other techniques, waxing tends to have the longest period in between regrowth. So if you have thicker, coarser hair that grows back quickly, waxing is the best option for shaping. It also encourages thinner, softer regrowth.
Eyebrow Waxing Lenght
The hairs need to be long enough: Just like every other area you can have waxed, the hair on your brow needs to be long enough that the wax can really take a hold. It may be frustrating to wait three weeks in between appointments while the stray hairs are growing in, but you won’t be able to wax hairs that aren’t long enough.
